By using our Maps API Implementation, you agree to be bound by Google’s Terms of Service. You agree to allow us to obtain or cache your location. You may revoke your consent at any time.

Our servers are located in United States. If you are accessing our Sites from outside United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by those third parties with whom we may share your personal information “WILL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?”(Refer Point No.3) in the United States, India, South Korea, and other countries.
Where European Union data protection laws are applicable to the processing of your personal information and if we need to transfer your personal information to third countries, as defined in European Union data protection laws, we will ensure that this will be subject to appropriate safeguards and other requirements as required by law. Such safeguards include implementing the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of personal information between our group companies and between us and our third-party providers, which require all such recipients to protect personal information regulated by European Union data protection laws in accordance with the requirements of these laws. Our Standard Contractual Clauses can be provided upon request. We have implemented similar appropriate safeguards with our third-party service providers and partners and further details can be provided upon request.
7. How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Information?
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

The certification criteria require that participants maintain a high standard for data privacy and implement specific best practices pertaining to notice, onward transfer, choice, access, data security, data quality, recourse, and enforcement.

Where a privacy complaint or dispute cannot be resolved through Techsol Corporation’s internal processes, Techsol Corporation has agreed to participate in the VeraSafe Dispute Resolution Procedure. Subject to the terms of the VeraSafe Dispute Resolution Procedure, VeraSafe will provide appropriate recourse free of charge to you.
