Job Description:

A leadership role that involve strategic, solutioning and account management responsibilities for growing and expanding Techsol Corporation’s Pharma industry focused Services, MSP, System Integration, Consulting and Professional Services business in the Americas (North America, Canada and South America). Responsible for managing the senior level client relationships, upselling into the accounts, acquiring new accounts, customer satisfaction and the overall client relationships in the region.

  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and develop in-depth and knowledge of the customer organization. Identify and respond to customer needs in order to define potential opportunities.
  • Establish and execute a comprehensive sales plan for the region and accounts managed. Ensure appropriate strategy/solution is proposed to customer. Monitor actions and results against plans.
  • Actively prospect and leverage potential new business opportunities so as to build new accounts
  • Effective co-ordination and serve as a liaison point between the customer, partner and technical/operational groups of Techsol
  • Record all customer sales related activities in CRM system. Prepare and present sales activity report for CEO on a weekly basis and to Corporate Board monthly.
  • Build and manage sales and business development team as per the growing needs of the organization
  • Reports to CEO/ Sales leadership
  • 50% travel is estimated

Job Qualification:

  • Experience of 10 or more years in a leadership and client facing role in an established global company focusing on information technology solutions, services and products for Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical industry. Leadership role in an Oracle health sciences partner company is a plus.
  • Account/ engagement management role with strong existing relationships and relationship based selling capabilities in the areas of Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs and other related Compliant and Quality vertical processes such as Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Laboratory, Commercial, Patient Engagement etc. consulting and professional services
  • Excellent business/industry/process awareness and a thorough understanding of industry trends and impact on the business in the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical industry
