Job Description:

A hunting and inside sales role that involve lead generation responsibilities for growing and expanding Techsol Corporation’s Pharma industry focused Services, MSP, System Integration, Consulting, Functional, Data and Professional Services business in the Americas (North America, Canada and South America). Motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative, responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

  • Actively prospect via phone, email and all other channels and leverage potential new business opportunities so as to build new accounts
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Communicating with prospects and customers, making outbound calls, and following up on leads.
  • Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities. Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information
  • Get educated continuously on value proposition and positioning aspects of various Techsol solutions.
  • Ensure appropriate strategy/solution is proposed to customer. Monitor actions and results against plans
  • Record all prospecting related activities in the CRM system. Prepare and present activity report on a weekly basis.
  • Reports to executive leadership. No travel is estimated.

Job Qualification:

  • Experience of 1 or more years in an inside sales and business development role
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an outbound contact center or a related business development position preferred. Inside sales and business development role in the Life Sciences/ Pharma Services industry is a definite plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong listening and sales skills
  • Awareness and understanding of industry trends and impact on the business in the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
