As the management and distribution of Medical Information increasingly transition to a global approach, having a medical inquiry management system that meets these needs is essential. The benefits of globalizing MI often center on knowledge transfer: handling inquiries more efficiently, providing consistent responses to customers anywhere in the world, and capturing global data, trends, and insights.
